A brand-new website for a security-systems specialist in Saarland, Germany. The eye-catcher: a cinematic scroll hero — as you scroll, a hand-built scrubbing engine plays 225 individual frames smoothly, with no heavy video embed. Plus services and products laid out cleanly and dedicated landing pages for every town (Saarbrücken, Saarlouis, St. Wendel …) for local Google visibility. Concept, design, build and go-live entirely by me.

What does an app or website cost?
Every project is different — so after a short first call you get a fixed price. You know exactly where you stand upfront: transparent, no hidden costs.
Are these net or gross prices?
All prices shown are net and exclude VAT (currently 19% in Germany). VAT is listed separately on the quote and invoice.
How does payment work?
Usually a deposit at the start and the rest on delivery — for larger projects in stages. We fix the exact payment plan in the quote upfront, so it stays predictable for you.
What ongoing costs should I expect?
Besides the one-time project price there are some ongoing costs depending on the project — e.g. hosting & domain (often €5–20/month) and, for apps, the developer fees from Apple and Google. I tell you transparently upfront what to expect and set everything up on request.
How long does a project take?
Websites often in one to two weeks, an MVP in a few weeks depending on scope. You get the concrete timeline together with the quote.
Do I own the code and the website in the end?
Yes, 100%. When we are done, the code, design and all content are yours — no dependency, no lock-in.
I have no technical experience — is that a problem?
Not at all. I handle the technical side — from hosting to App Store submission — and explain everything in plain language.
What happens after launch?
I don’t leave you alone: on request I take care of maintenance, updates and small extensions. You decide whether and how much.
What do you need from me to get started?
At the start just your idea and your goal. Along the way I’ll need content (text, images, logo) and possibly some access — but don’t worry: I tell you exactly what’s needed and when, and help with content too if you like.
Do you handle publishing to the App Store / Play Store?
Yes, completely — including store listings, screenshots and guiding you through the review process at Apple and Google. You just need the developer accounts (in your name); I’ll help you set them up.
Is my website or app GDPR-compliant?
I build data protection in from the start: data-minimal implementation, secure data handling and the required notices. We include an imprint and privacy policy. A final legal review is best done by your lawyer — I provide the technical foundation for it.
You work AI-assisted — does that hurt quality?
On the contrary: AI takes routine work off my plate, which makes me faster and cheaper. But the architecture, decisions and quality control stay with me — you get clean, maintainable code, just in days instead of months.
Do you really work solo?
Yes — and that’s exactly the advantage: no agency, no account manager, no ping-pong. You talk directly to the person who builds. AI-assisted tools give me the speed of a small team.
